Digital Wallet

Southeastern Credit Union debit cards are supported in Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay digital wallets.  This is a contactless payment option that can be used on participating websites, apps, and stores simply by using the cards in your digital wallet. 

With digital payments you can:

  • Store your SCU Debit Card digitally on your mobile device!
  • Make cashless purchases at participating locations.  With a simple tap, your purchase has been made– no need to swipe your card. 
  • Take advantage of enhanced security and privacy.  Your payment information is never saved to your phone itself because it’s linked from a digital wallet to your actual account. While digital payments are completely secure, you should continue to regularly check your statements and account for charges you may not recognize.

To get started simply follow the steps below for your device,

To Sign Up for Apple Pay:  

  1. On your iPhone, open the Wallet app.           
  2. Tap (+) to add your SCU debit card.
  3. Enter your eligible SCU Debit Card information or scan card.
  4. Verify your card for security purposes.
  5. You are now ready to pay! Authorize payments via a tap of your phone or with Apple Watch, double click side button. 

To Sign Up for Google Pay: 

  1. Download and open the Google Pay app.  
  2. Tap the (+) sign in the app to add your SCU debit card. 
  3. Enter your eligible SCU Debit Card information. 
  4. Verify your card for security purposes. 
  5. You are now ready to pay! 

 To Sign Up for Samsung Pay: 

  1. On your Samsung phone, open the Samsung Pay app.  
  2. Tap the add cards button to add your SCU debit card. 
  3. Enter your eligible SCU Debit Card information or scan card. 
  4. Verify your card for security purposes. 
  5. Now you’re ready to pay!

Automated Telephone Service (ATS)

With a touch tone phone, your account number, and personal identification number (PIN), you can access your account using the Automated Telephone Service (ATS). Please notify the Call Center to set-up this service during normal business hours, Monday through Thursday from 9 AM to 5 PM and Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM. 

Using the ATS, you can access your account to:

  • Transfer funds between your accounts
  • Access your line of credit
  • Make loan payments (within SCU accounts)
  • Verify if checks have cleared
  • And much, much more
